Non-Discrimination Policy
The Institution admits students without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, age, disability, or any other factor prohibited by law.
Everblue does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, age, disability, or any other factor prohibited by law in the recruitment and admission of students, the operation of any of its educational programs and activities, and the recruitment and employment of faculty and staff.
The Curriculum Manager at Everblue serves as the compliance coordinator for Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex or handicap.
Enrollment & Deposits
Participants may register for courses on the Everblue website or by calling (800) 460-2575. Everblue allows for participants to place a deposit at the time of registration to hold their seat. The student will not be placed on the roster, allowed in the classroom, or provided any study materials until full payment is provided.
Full, non-refundable payment is required before enrollment into any exam.
Grading & Pass Rates
Everblue provides a certificate of completion to students who complete 100% of the course(s) in which they have enrolled. Attendance will be taken to prove that the student was present for 100% of the course(s). Everblue’s certificate of completion may serve as proof of one’s attendance in a sustainability training course. This process works the same for Everblue webinar sessions that are pre-recorded; however, the student must complete additional required quizzes in order to validate his/her participation and attendance. The quizzes work in a pass/fail format, but if a student fails, he/she is given another opportunity to retest. Webinar students must earn a score of at least 80% on the competency quiz at the end of the course to receive a certificate of completion.
Students not in attendance for the first 25% of a course will be dismissed and not allowed to attend for the remainder of the course. Students not attending a course, not successfully completing a program, or not completing the appropriate make-up sessions within 14 business days of the completion of the course will be required to re-register, charged tuition, and attend the course again to earn a certificate of completion.
Everblue is a training provider for many certifying organizations. Everblue provides a certificate of completion to each student once a course session(s) has expired. A certificate of completion does not take the place of an actual certification, which can only be earned through a separate exam registration and passing score process.
A certifying organization separate from Everblue often coordinates and administers the certification exams and determines eligibility for certification. Upon earning a passing exam score, students should expect to receive an official certificate from one of the following certifying organizations: U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Building Performance Institute (BPI), Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), or North American Board of Certified Practitioners (NABCEP).
For the BPI and RESNET programs, Everblue's course fees include the cost of the first attempt on the certification exam(s). Should a student need to retake an exam, there will be an exam retake fee. For the LEED and Solar programs, Everblue's course fees do not include the cost of the certification exams; these exams are managed and administered by a third party.
The USGBC, BPI, and RESNET do not disclose grades or pass rates. NABCEP has disclosed that Everblue is the largest provider of NABCEP PV Entry Level Exam prep and test administration. Everblue’s NABCEP PV Entry Level Exam pass rate is above the national average.
Everblue's Pass Guarantee is only applicable to LEED Green Associate Exam Prep orders occurring on or after June 1, 2018.
Tardiness or Early Departures
Because of the short length of the courses offered by Everblue, students must complete 100% of course training to qualify as completing the program. Participants are expected to arrive on time for each course and stay through the duration of the day. In extenuating circumstances, the instructor will work with the student to make up time lost during the course. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. For all individuals with planned absences, please contact Everblue’s customer service line to transfer into another course.
In the event of an unanticipated absence, the instructor will work with the student to determine the best way to make up the time spent out of the class. This might include visiting another course, viewing pre-recorded webinars, participating in live webinars, or other means by which the instructor deems appropriate for making up lost instruction.
Planned tardiness or early departures must be communicated to Everblue before the course begins.

Transferring Enrollment in an Online Training Program
At Everblue, we are committed to providing flexible solutions to accommodate your training needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to transfer enrollment from one student to another. To facilitate this process, we have established the following guidelines for transferring enrollments in our online training programs:
- 1. No Course Content Accessed: If none of the course content has been accessed, we are pleased to offer a transfer of enrollment from one student to another at no cost. This provides you with the flexibility to ensure the right individual benefits from the training program.
- 2. Partial Course Content Access (50% or Less): In cases where the course content has been accessed but total access is 50% or less, Everblue is willing to honor the transfer of enrollment to another student. However, a transfer fee of $300 will apply. Additionally, a $50 course extension fee will be required to activate a complete 6-month enrollment reset. This extension allows the new student ample time to complete the training program.
- 3. Conditions for Enrollment Transfer: If the course has expired or more than 50% of the course materials have been accessed, Everblue will not honor a transfer of enrollment.
Everblue will honor the enrollment for your company’s employees for 90 days from the date of purchase, with no added transfer fees if that employee were to leave your company. Within this 90 days, if your employee is no longer employed with your company, you have the option to transfer (1) individual into the same course as the previous employee. After 90 days, we would administer a $300 admin fee for a new enrollment. All of our courses are only transferable to one individual after the initial enrollment is made.
Enrollment transfers must be requested in writing via email to Everblue's customer support team, providing relevant details such as the current student's information, the new student's information, the training program title, and any other pertinent information.
We believe that these options provide a fair and balanced approach to handling enrollment transfers while respecting the investment made by both the original and new students. We encourage you to communicate with our dedicated customer service team to initiate the transfer process and discuss any questions you may have.
Please note that any requests for enrollment transfers must adhere to our terms and conditions, and approval is subject to our review and verification process. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved in our training programs.
By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above regarding the transfer of enrollment in Everblue's online training programs.
Grievance Process
The purpose of this Grievance Policy is to ensure that participants understand how to report grievances to Everblue upon inappropriate actions by any instructor or employee of this organization and that Everblue has a standardized process to resolve grievances.
A participant may pursue a grievance if he or she believes that an employee of Everblue has violated his or her rights. This Grievance Policy applies to:
It is strongly suggested that the student discuss his or her grievance with the person involved in the situation that has caused the grievance.
The discussion should be held as soon as the participant first becomes aware of the behavior that requires resolution. The participant may wish to present his or her grievance in writing to the person alleged to have caused the grievance. In either case, the person alleged to have caused the grievance must respond to the participant promptly, either orally or in writing.
If an individual decides not to resolve the grievance with the person or the individual does not feel as if the situation was resolved appropriately, he or she may present the grievance in writing to any senior administrator at Everblue. Written grievances and/or notifications must be presented to an administrator no longer than thirty business days after the individual was involved in the situation that created the grievance. The administrator will conduct an informal investigation to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Based upon this investigation, the administrator will recommend actions to be taken by all parties involved. The written determination shall include the process involved during the investigation, reasons for the decision made by the administrator, and the actions to be taken by each party to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. All decisions are final.
As with any license, certification or credential, participants are responsible for researching the specific eligibility and re-certification requirements of their chosen professional certification program (LEED, NABCEP, RESNET, BPI). Everblue will not be held responsible for a candidate’s failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Candidates considering online classes are responsible for researching and understanding compatibility needs with regard to choice of device, network speed, security settings, and Internet browser. Everblue will not be held accountable for compatibility issues.
Everblue is committed to quality service. We employ high-quality techniques at every stage of business, from hiring certified instructors and offering approved or accredited curriculum to responding to customer feedback offered via email, post-course survey, calls, and live chat. We evaluate student learning through assessments, quizzes, and surveys to measure learning objectives to desired outcomes.
