Joan was super great - enthusiastic, interesting, and serious about the material. The combo of the spiral bound class slides and the 11x17 summary sheets made for an excellent material source. The practice questions in particular were REALLY helpful in that they explained answers and got me in the mindset to ace the real test.

Tony is the man and a very good instructor that i would recommend to anyone! Tony really understands what he is training and is able to tailor the material in a way that anyone can understand. This is also usually pretty dry material to train on and I felt that Tony was able to keep it fun and lively through out the whole week. Couldn't recommend him more!
